Successful first OSK Writing Retreat in Groningen

Last week the PhD Council organised the very first Writing Retreat for PhDs! We spent a week at the cultural center Wongema in Hornhuizen, Groningen, working on our dissertations. We appreciated the beautiful rural environment, and took walks to the salt marshes in between writing sessions. We enjoyed the great vegetarian food Wongema provides, had themed art history film nights, and made many new connections. Overall, it was a productive and inspiring week.
