OSK Training Programme 2022-2023

We are currently finalizing our educational programme for 2022-2023. We expect to offer the following educational activities:

• 29 September 2022: Introduction New RMa-students OSK. Amsterdam, Roeterseiland Complex (REC), Roetersstraat 11, room REC E – E0.22
• October 2022: OSK PhD Symposium.
• January 2023: OSK/NIKI Winter School From Maecenas to CEO? Recent research on artistic patronage (6EC). Florence, Italy. Convenors: Dr Arno Witte (University of Amsterdam) & Dr Gert Jan van der Sman (NIKI)
• March 2023: Paradigms in Art History (2,5EC). Utrecht. Convenors: Prof. Hanneke Grootenboer (Radboud Universiteit, Nijmegen) and Dr Victor M. Schmidt (Universiteit Utrecht)
• March-April 2023: The Architecture of the PhD Thesis (2EC). Convenor: Prof.dr Thijs Weststeijn (Utrecht Universiteit).
• March-April 2023: Materials & Materiality in Art History (6EC). Convenors: Ann-Sophie Lehmann (University of Groningen) and Prof. Sven Dupré (Utrecht University).
• May 2023: Materials and Techniques in Early Netherlandish Painting, with a special focus on Jeroen Bosch (6EC). Convenor: Prof. Ron Spronk (Queen’s University/Radboud University).
• May 2023: OSK/Stedelijk Museum/RKD visiting fellow in Modern and Contemporary Art (6EC). Amsterdam. Convenor: Dr Sophie Berrebi (University of Amsterdam). This course is cancelled
• June 2023: OSK/Van Gogh Museum Visiting Fellow in the History of Nineteenth-Century Art (6EC). Amsterdam. Convenor: Dr Rachel Esner (University of Amsterdam).
• June 2023: OSK PhD Meet & Greet.
• June-July 2023: OSK Summer School Copenhagen (6EC). Convenors: Prof. Stijn Bussels and Prof. Minna Valjakka (Leiden University).
