After many years full of inspiring teaching, thought-provoking research, memorable excursions, friendly and stimulating supervision and warm collegiality, dr. Jan de Jong will leave the Department of History of Art, Architecture and Landscape of the University of Groningen. In order to honour his outstanding academic work, thank him for his years of dedication and contribution, and take the opportunity to wish him well for the future years to come, a symposium with drinks and bites is being organised.
